Every product we call Motherhood Tested has been used by a real UK family, at home, in the middle of real life with a baby. No studio, no lab coats, no copy-and-paste press releases. Here's how it works.
Tried at home by families like yours
When you see this badge on a product page, our testers have used it day to day and told us exactly what they think: the good, the annoying and whether they'd buy it again.
How we test
- We choose what to testThe things mums actually ask us about, from prams and car seats to bottles, carriers and sleep kit.
- Real families applyMembers of the Motherhood Insider Club apply to test, and we match each product to families at the right stage, whether that's bump, newborn or toddler.
- They live with itTesters use the product for several weeks of normal family life: the school run, the 3am feeds, the rainy days, the car boot.
- They score it and show itEach tester rates it out of 5 on the five things below, writes an honest review and usually films it in use.
- We publish the lotThe verdict goes on the product's page here on Motherhood, with the scores, the photos and the bits that could be better.

Brands can pay for a testing campaign, which covers finding and managing testers and the content that follows. When they do, we say so clearly on the page. What they can't buy is the verdict: testers say what they really think, and we publish the good and the bad.
We only test products that are on sale in the UK, and our testers are real Motherhood Insider Club members, never staff or friends of the brand.
Want your product tested by real mums?
Tell us about your product and we'll come back with options, from a single tester to a full campaign with video, product page reviews and a Mum Approved badge if you earn it.

Who are Motherhood testers?
Mums and mums-to-be from across the UK who've joined our Insider Club and signed up to test. We pick testers whose stage and family life suit the product.
Do testers keep the product?
Yes, in return for an honest review, photos and usually a short video.
Can a product fail?
Yes. If testers don't rate it, the review says so. A product only earns Mum Approved with an average score of 4.5 or more.
How do I apply to test something?
Join the tester crew, then keep an eye on our product testing page and the Insider Club emails for new tests.
Motherhood Tested reviews share the experience of real families. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, and for car seats and sleep products check current safety guidance from the Lullaby Trust and RoSPA.
If you’re trying to conceive (TTC), you probably know that there are certain foods and nutrients that become especially important once you’re pregnant. But nutrition plays a vital role even when trying to conceive, much like laying a strong foundation before constructing a house.
Certain nutrients create that foundation by supporting egg and sperm health (yes, nutrition matters for both partners), hormone balance and creating a hospitable environment for a fertilized egg to implant. In fact, studies show that certain nutrients can help increase fertility and improve success rates for both natural conception and fertility treatments.
In other words, nutrition is a key player in the TTC journey, but getting the right nutrients in the right quantities can be tricky. That’s where supplements come in. Just as you’d take a multivitamin to fill in nutritional gaps for optimal health, fertility supplements can give you that extra nutrient boost.

We love knowing that Eu Natural® products contain zero artificial additives, binders, or fillers and are lab-tested to ensure purity and potency.
